The Emlak Konut Young Talent Recruitment and Professional Development Program is a nationwide initiative launched under the assurance of Emlak Konut GYO to strengthen the qualified workforce in the construction and real estate sectors and to create a sustainable education–industry integration model.
The program supports the professional and personal development of university, vocational school, and vocational high school students, as well as recent graduates, through scientific assessment methods, career guidance, trainings, workshops, and direct interaction with the sector.
Program Structure
Phase 1 – Discovery and Evaluation: Nationwide campus events and information sessions, followed by multi-stage evaluations including language and aptitude tests, personality assessments, and interviews. Successful candidates are included in the Emlak Konut talent pool.
Phase 2 – Training and Development: Year-long trainings, seminars, and workshops focusing on technical skills, sectoral awareness, and leadership. Successful participants receive mentoring, internship opportunities, and employment guidance.
Target Group
Open to students graduating in 2025–2026 or recent graduates, including:
Participants from engineering, architecture, urban planning, information technologies, finance, real estate, management, and related fields are encouraged to apply.
