Test Automation Engineer (On-Site)

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software platforms. The position involves designing and implementing automated testing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to test strategy and engineering excellence within a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with development teams to define test coverage and integrate automation early in the development lifecycle
  • Contribute to automation frameworks and support CI/CD pipeline integration
  • Investigate and troubleshoot test failures through log analysis, data layers, and system behavior across environments
  • Participate in code reviews to promote quality standards and automation best practices
  • Support and mentor QA team members in automation adoption
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to improve automation efficiency and capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing
  • Proficiency in object-oriented or scripting languages used for test automation
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks
  • Experience working in Agile development and DevOps environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work on-site in Ankara and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
