Add-Drop Period for the 2025–2026 Academic Year Spring Semester

Add - Drop procedures will take place on 19 and 20 February 2026 (Thursday and Friday).

Students who wish to add or drop courses must complete the Add-Drop Application Form and submit it in person to their academic advisor at the relevant department chair’s office on the specified dates. With advisor approval, students may drop selected course(s) or enroll in new course(s) in place of those dropped.

General Add-Drop Rules

  1. Excused registration cannot be processed during the Add-Drop period.

  2. Group changes are not permitted.

  3. If course schedule conflicts occur, a change of instruction type may be made.

  4. Students cannot select groups during Add–Drop.

  5. A course dropped during Add-Drop cannot be added again.

  6. Courses from lower semesters taken for the first time or with DZ grade and attendance requirement cannot be dropped to add another course.

  7. Students cannot be removed from an elective if removal would cause enrollment to fall below the minimum limit set by the Senate.

  8. Students may enroll in different course(s) only up to the total ECTS value of the course(s) they drop, in accordance with registration rules.
