Organized by the T.C. Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı to support the cultural and artistic development of young people and encourage individuals who preserve traditional arts and actively read, think, research, and produce, the Inter-Youth Culture and Arts Competitions will be held in the categories of Voice and Performance, Theatre, Poetry Recitation, Knowledge, and Türkiye Debate.
Provincial finals will be conducted under the coordination of the Sakarya Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü.
