Applications for the 2025–2026 Spring Semester UMDE program will be accepted between 29.12.2025 and 09.01.2026 via https://muys.sabis.sakarya.edu.tr/.

During registration, the 2025–2026 SPRING semester must be selected.
During the application process, students who have an agreement with a company are required to state the company name in the explanation section. Students who do not have an agreement with any company are requested to provide information in the explanation section regarding their preferred fields of work, cities, and preferences such as remote or on-site work.
An amendment has been made to Article 4 of the UMDE Regulation. According to this amendment, students who meet the required conditions may apply through the system.
Article 4
a) Candidate Engineer: Students who meet the course enrollment requirements specified in Article 7 of the Sakarya University Associate and Undergraduate Education, Training, and Examination Regulations for the semester in which they will participate in the UMDE program, excluding Internship I, Internship II, senior-year departmental technical elective courses, Graduation Project, and Design Project, and for whom attendance requirements are not sought for courses taken in lower semesters, may apply to the UMDE program.”
During the UMDE process, placement procedures will be carried out by the Department Commissions in line with requests received from companies. Students may contact their Department Commissions for further information. In cases of high demand for the UMDE program, company placement may not be possible even if an application has been submitted.
For students who have agreements with companies and meet the required conditions, placements will be made to the affiliated companies in line with commission evaluation and approval.
