Applications for the Three-Course Exam will be accepted via https://obs.sabis.sakarya.edu.tr/Basvuru/ until July 20, 2025.
Application Requirements:
Students who have three or fewer failed courses may apply if, by receiving an AA grade in those courses, their CGPA (GANO) will reach or exceed 2.0.
Students with fewer than three failed courses (provided they meet the condition in item 1) may also apply for additional courses they have passed, as long as the total number of courses does not exceed three.
Students who have no failed courses but whose CGPA is below 2.0 may apply for a maximum of three courses.
Students who have not taken a course or have failed due to absenteeism cannot apply for the Three-Course Exam.
Students who have previously applied for a Single-Course Exam cannot apply for the Three-Course Exam.
Students who have exceeded the maximum period of study cannot apply.
Applications cannot be submitted for applied courses such as Graduation Project, UMDE, Vocational Training in Business, Workplace Practice, Teaching Practice, or Internship.
Students are required to take the exam for all courses they have applied for. If a student does not attend the exam for any course, regardless of their previous grade, a GR grade will be recorded on the transcript, and the course will be considered failed.
Students may make changes to their applications during the application period. Students who become successful in any course after the make-up exam are advised to follow the process carefully, taking item 8 into consideration.
