Emotion Regulation Training

Do you struggle with coping with stress, anxiety, and procrastination? Would you like to enhance your academic performance, develop emotional awareness, and build healthy relationships? Through Emotion Regulation Training (DUDE), you can learn to manage your emotions more effectively, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Training Sessions:

  • Tuesday Morning Group: March 4 – April 8 (09:30 – 11:00)
  • Thursday Afternoon Group: March 6 – April 10 (13:30 – 15:00)
