Applications for the Professional Transition Mentorship Micro-Credential Program

Dear 3rd-Year Students,

Would you like to plan your career after graduation, gain a closer understanding of the professional world, and benefit from the guidance of our experienced alumni?

Within the scope of the Professional Transition Mentorship Micro-Credential Program (1 ECTS), our students will be matched with alumni mentors who have professional experience in the industry. During the five-week program, participants will take part in one-hour online meetings each week, focusing on activities designed to support their professional development.

What Does the Program Offer?

• Identifying your strengths and areas for improvement and setting career goals
• Improving your LinkedIn profile and building a professional network
• Sharing experiences on workplace communication, business ethics, time management, and stress management
• One-to-one interview simulations and personalized feedback
• Preparing your post-graduation career roadmap

How Will Mentor Matching Be Conducted?

Selections will be made based on the department, career goals, sectors of interest, and available meeting times you indicate in the application form, together with the areas of expertise and available capacity of our mentors.

Each mentor has a quota of 5 students. Application results will be sent to the email address provided during the application process.

Participation Requirements

The program is open to 3rd-year students.

Participants are expected to:

• Actively attend at least 4 of the 5 meetings
• Complete the weekly assignments
• Attend meetings prepared
• Take responsibility for scheduling the meetings and following the process

The program provides guidance for career development and does not guarantee job or internship placement.
