Applications for the 2027–2028 academic year of the Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme, administered by the Directorate for EU Affairs (Avrupa Birliği Başkanlığı) and funded by the European Union, are now open.
The programme supports scholarship holders in attending master's or research programmes in European Union member states on various chapters of the EU acquis. Approximately 170 scholarships are expected to be awarded for the 2027–2028 academic year.
