Required Documents for Application
For Courses:
An official Training Certificate from an authorized educational institution or public body, or a Reference Letter confirming the training received.
Note: Certificates or reference letters documenting practical skills gained through structured workplace training or in-service training must clearly indicate the knowledge, skills, competencies, activities performed, and training/work durations. These documents must be approved by the highest authority of the workplace. Reference letters issued by faculty members are not accepted.
For Internship, Workplace Training, and Workplace Practice:
A portfolio prepared during the workplace experience or an internship logbook prepared in the format specified by the department. Students must provide proof of registration with the Social Security Institution (SGK) during the relevant period. Applications must also include documents, approved by the highest authority of the workplace, showing the knowledge, skills, and competencies gained, as well as the activities and training/work durations.
Note: Applications for the “Workplace Training” and “Workplace Practice” courses are accepted only when evaluated together, provided the total does not exceed 15 ECTS. Students who apply for recognition of these courses cannot apply for other courses.
