2025 International Year of Cooperatives – Photography Contest On Cooperativism

2025 International Year of Cooperatives – Photography Contest on Cooperativism

The theme of the 2025 International Year of Cooperatives has been designated as "Cooperatives Build a Better World." In recognition of the century-long tradition of cooperatives in our country—built on mutual aid, solidarity, and democracy—the subject of the contest has been determined as cooperativism.

The purpose of the contest is to promote awareness of cooperatives, emphasize their importance, and share their values with wider audiences. It also aims to pass on the culture of cooperativism to future generations by capturing the spirit of social solidarity and cooperation through photography. By presenting cooperative stories with an aesthetic perspective, the contest seeks to showcase and preserve powerful visual representations of cooperativism for years to come.
