ŞENPİLİÇ HAŞİM GÜRDAMAR SCHOLARSHIP - NEW APPLICATIONS
Students who wish to apply for the scholarship for the first time are required to prepare all documents listed in the announcement and submit them together with the attached forms in person by 17:00 on Tuesday, 20.10.2026 to Faculty Dean's Secretary Dilek ADIGÜZELLİ (Room 1252).
It is important that all information declared in the application form is accurate and complete. Applications containing false or incomplete information will be rejected.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- 1 photograph
- Copy of ID card
- Certificate of residence
- Detailed population registration record
- Criminal record certificate
- Document showing the family's source of income
- A current official student certificate indicating the student's year of study
- VakıfBank IBAN number
- Transcript
- A document issued by the University confirming that the student has not received any disciplinary penalties during their period of study
- YEKÜV Scholarship Application Form (attached)
- KVKK Forms (attached)
Note: All required documents must be submitted in full for the application to be considered.
