ŞENPİLİÇ HAŞİM GÜRDAMAR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Students who received the scholarship in previous semesters are required to submit the documents listed below to Dean's Secretary Dilek ADIGÜZELLİ (Room 1252) by 16:30 on Friday, 02.10.2026.

Following the evaluation of the submitted documents, students who are deemed eligible will continue to receive the scholarship. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified period or if the student is found ineligible as a result of the evaluation, scholarship payments will be discontinued.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• Criminal record certificate (E-Devlet)
• A current student certificate indicating the student's year of study (E-Devlet)
• Transcript (E-Devlet)
• A document issued by the University confirming that the student has not received any disciplinary penalties during their period of study (available from the Student Affairs Office or Department Secretariats)
