Three-Course Graduation Examination Announcement

Dear Students,

The Three-Course Graduation Examinations for students who are in a position to graduate due to reasons such as summer internships, course transfers, and similar circumstances will be held on 5 October 2026. Applications will be accepted through the following page:

https://obs.sabis.sakarya.edu.tr/Basvuru/

How to Apply for the Three-Course Examination

Students can submit their applications by logging into the Student Information System and navigating to: Application Procedures > Three-Course Examination Application. After selecting the courses on the application screen, students must click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page.

What Are the Application Requirements for the Three-Course Examination?

  1. Students with three or fewer failed courses may apply for the Three-Course Examination for their failed courses. If receiving an AA grade in these courses would still not allow them to meet the GPA >= 2.00 requirement, they may also apply to take grade-improvement examinations for previously passed courses, provided that they can meet the GPA >= 2.00 requirement and do not exceed a total of three courses. Otherwise, they cannot apply.
  2. Students with fewer than three failed courses may select additional courses for grade improvement, provided that they meet the condition stated in Article 1 and the total number of courses does not exceed three.
  3. Students who have no failed courses but do not meet the GPA >= 2.00 requirement may apply for a maximum of three courses.
  4. Students who have courses they have never taken or courses they failed due to absenteeism cannot apply for the Three-Course Examination.
  5. Students who have previously applied for a Single-Course Examination or Three-Course Examination cannot apply for the Three-Course Examination.
  6. Students who have exceeded the maximum period of study cannot apply for the Three-Course Examination.
  7. Applications cannot be made for practical courses such as Graduation Project, Design, UMDE, Vocational Training in the Workplace, Workplace Practice, and Internship.
  8. Students are required to take the examination for all courses they apply for. If a student selects a course on the application page but does not attend its examination, a GR grade will be entered on their transcript for that course, regardless of their previous grade, and the course will be considered failed.
  9. Students may make changes to their applications during the application period.
