Since 2019, Regional Career Fairs have been organized through the collaboration of universities, public institutions, private sector organizations, and professional chambers to help higher education students and graduates better understand the business world, improve employability, and establish direct contact with employers.
With participation from public and private sector organizations across a wide range of industries, these fairs have contributed significantly to increasing career awareness among young people, facilitating access to qualified talent for institutions, and strengthening employer brand value.
In 2026, Regional Career Fairs will be held under the coordination of the Türkiye İş Kurumu Genel Müdürlüğü of the T.C. Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı, hosted by universities in accordance with the fair schedule provided in the attachment.
