In order to train the qualified manpower needed by higher education institutions and other public institutions and organizations, students are sent abroad for graduate education with the scholarship (YLSY Scholarship Program) granted by the Ministry of National Education based on the Law No. 1416 on Students to be Sent to Foreign Countries.
Accordingly, within the scope of the 2024 YLSY Scholarship Program, 668 students will be sent abroad to study master's and/or doctoral studies with official scholarship status.
Candidates who will apply for graduate education abroad will make their applications between 23-31 December 2024 via the internet address https://rebus.meb.gov.tr/ (REBUS - Official Scholarship Student System) by using the “Turkish ID number, ID serial number and the Turkish ID number of the relative (spouse, child, mother or father)” information. The application screen will be opened to candidates on December 23, 2024 via REBUS. Applications will end at 17.00 on December 31, 2024.
