The application dates of the training programs in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Driving Technologies and Chip Design, which are implemented in order to provide the qualified human resources needed in line with our country's National Technology Move, have been extended due to the high demand from students.
In the 2023-2024 academic year, 5,401 applications were received for the Artificial Intelligence Specialization Program, and a total of 500 students, 120 synchronous and 380 asynchronous, received Specialization Training among 720 students who were accepted to Basic Education in line with their course participation and exam success. In the 2024-2025 academic year, training programs developed in 3 focus areas, namely Artificial Intelligence Specialization Program, Autonomous Driving Technologies and Chip Design Specialization Programs, will be implemented.
In the Artificial Intelligence focus area, Data Processing and Integration Specialization Training will be provided in partnership with Arçelik, Baykar, Cezeri, Havelsan, Huawei, Tübitak; in the Autonomous Driving Technologies focus area, Autonomous System Development Specialization Training will be provided in partnership with Aselsan, AVL, Baykar, Fev Turkey, Ford, Togg, Tübitak; in the Chip Design focus area, Digital Design and Verification Specialization Training will be provided in partnership with Ankasys, Electra IC, Elevation, Tütel, Yongatek.
The training programs are planned for 3rd and 4th year students of the relevant departments of universities, with Basic Training lasting 5 weeks and Specialization Training lasting 25 to 30 weeks. The course curriculum will be presented to students by stakeholder companies within the framework of the determined program titles. During the program, students will prepare an interim project and a graduation project within the scope of education. At the same time, mentoring support will be provided to our students by our program stakeholders throughout the whole process. Students who successfully complete the program will be provided with internship opportunities by the companies where they receive training.
With the extension of the application period of the programs, applications will end on 23 September 2024.
