Internship interview sessions have been scheduled in the system (https://staj.sabis.sakarya.edu.tr), and each student is required to book a session time. Please carefully review the following important notes regarding the interviews:
You must bring your internship notebook and internship evaluation form (staj fişi) in handwritten and wet-signed form when attending the interview.
For students under Internship II, it is mandatory that the internship is carried out as part of a project.
Your notebook must include code, visuals, graphics, analysis details, etc. that clearly demonstrate your work.
Notebooks containing only theoretical information without practical details will be considered unsuccessful during the interview stage.
(Some students have already been notified through the system; however, this requirement applies to all students, regardless of whether they received such notification.)
Supplementary materials such as code or related documents may be submitted under the “Other Documents” section in the system.
Students who include a GitHub link in their internship notebook must additionally submit a printout of their work to the “Other Documents” section of the system.
Students who completed both of their internships at the same company must book consecutive time slots within the same interview session.
